Oh hey, here I am... yeah, ME in person... along with some half-nekkid girls and some REALLY cool photos (the camel is my favorite), in a photography article featuring "26 Clever Silhouette Portraits."

As you may have noticed, it is often the blandest, least creative photos that work best as illustrations; in this case, my quick snapshot of a Barbie Glam Convertible box on a recycling website:

This is exciting: one of my goals is to undertake a 50-state driving tour. Well, obviously there will be a bit of flying involved, what with Hawaii and all. One of my photos appears in "50 Roadside Attractions for an Epic U.S. Journey" on EcoSalon:

The strange thing is, I thought I recognized my photo right away; I thought it was the "Four Story Igloo" in Alaska, of which I have some photos... but apparently I have not posted them to Flickr! Instead, my photo is the one from Moab, Utah, and includes everybody's favorite traveling plastic lizard, Trippy! (Trippy also appears in my Alaska Igloo photos; I really need to get around to posting those some day!)
Why is an article about J. K. Rowling and baguettes illustrated with a picture of bullwhips?

Dunkin' Donuts... in Spain... uses my ever-popular coffee bean photo:

One of my worst photos ever warrants inclusion (bottom of page) in a Japanese blog article about the recent "blue moon" event:

PINKY PIX ON A GERMAN HEAVY METAL MUSIC BLOG!

(Is that cool, or what?)
One of my hat photos illustrates a Spanish article on fashion trends:

That Japanese "Blue Moon" article (and by default, my photo) was picked up by MSN-Japan!

Spooky? This Japanese blog article seems to suggest that The Room of Doom™ is haunted:

The Room of Doom® is also an "enemy of productivity."

In the wake of La Tomatina at the end of August, there is always a spike in my La Tomatina photo views:

The La Tomatina photos are even popular in Japan! (September is starting to seem like "Puuikibeach In Japan Week")
