Big Name Photo Use

One of my Spain photos appears on "the official blog of Microsoft's Environmental Sustainability team".

My photo of mealy bugs accompanies a spring gardening article on the Home Depot blog.

I'm so happy to learn that multi-billion dollar companies like Microsoft, and multi-million dollar companies like Home Depot, use free Creative Commons images in their promotional materials. I guess this thriftiness is one of the ways they become multi-million/billion dollar companies.

On a smaller scale: why does an article about getting married in Nice use a photo of a miniature funeral car?
