I only managed to run 8k today, and it was kind of slow. Walked the rest of the way, to make it 10k. My legs were tired. I suspect it's because I did sit-ups before heading out. I think I'm using my legs too much for my sit-ups.
Trying not to be discouraged about walking the last 2k. Used the walking time to focus on posture.
Aggregate pace (walking + running) was about 6:45/k, according to the Nike+.
