jog... run... whatever, pain is pain whatever the name


Inspired by narilka's recent comments on exercise, I set out on my jog today with a specific goal: break 60 minutes for 6 miles.

Guess what? 58:31

By runners' standards, a ten minute mile pace is hardly more than a brisk walk. For me, maintaining "sub-10" for six miles is an accomplishment!

Next goal: achieve sub-60 for six consistently.
