When I had two tires replaced last week, I also had the front brakes serviced, as they were worn to within 5% remaining usefulness; or so said the expert automotive technicians at GOODYEAR GEMINI TIRE & AUTO CENTER in WAIPAHU, OAHU, HAWAII. Today the right front brake caliper came loose and wedged between the wheel and the brake rotor. Apparently the mechanics -- this would be at the GOODYEAR GEMINI TIRE & AUTO CENTER in WAIPAHU, OAHU, HAWAII -- neglected to tighten the bolts holding the calipers in place. On both sides, I learned later.
I wonder if these are the same guys who "fixed" pastilla's van?
