The other day I mailed a letter; yes, a real, handwritten letter. Turns out I mis-addressed it! In fact, I had the address written down incorrectly in my address book. The postal service was able to decipher my error and deliver the item anyway.

Today I received two emails from eBay sellers, apologizing for delivery delays. These two separate sellers both mis-addressed the parcels, and both were returned to sender.

Maybe we're all becoming so accustomed to on-line communication, we're forgetting how to function in a hard-copy world.

Or maybe it's not just me who needs stronger eyeglasses.
